Apple products can be ordered via a framework agreement with ThinkRED West GmbH.

Where do I order Apple products?

You can order Apple products in the ThinkRED West webshop.

To order, you need the "Bestellung Apple" role. You can get this role through your role manager.

Every two weeks, the data of new role holders is exported to ThinkRED West.

Once your data has been exported to ThinkRED West, you can login to the webshop by following these steps:

1. Click Benutzer.
2. Click Passwort vergessen.
3. Enter your email address.

This will allow you to create an account in the webshop and to set a password.

What can I order in the webshop?

Educational institutions can order up to €10,000 net worth of products through ThinkRED West under their own responsibility.

For orders with an order value over €10,000 net, please send a purchase requisition (BANF) to Department 7.3 Central Purchasing.

I have the "Bestellung Apple" role but I cannot login to the webshop.

If you are still unable to login to the webshop after two weeks, please contact ThinkRED West (Philipp Schulz) to clarify when the role was exported.
