
TreMoGe
The Meeting Point Mobile Devices (TreMoGe) serves as a central point of contact for anyone seeking help with setting up and using the IT services of the IT Centre of RWTH Aachen University on mobile devices.
Users are supported in configuring the IT services of the IT Centre.
Help is provided with setting up MFA, WLAN, VPN, e-mail and installing certain software, among other things.
TreMoGe's range of services is constantly being expanded to provide professional support for new mobile operating systems.
Who can use the TreMoGe service?
All users of the IT Centre Services can use personal support within the framework of TreMoGe.
Employees of RWTH and Employees of UKA (including members of FB10) can drop by the IT ServiceDesk during opening hours without prior appointment.
However, depending on what you need help with, prior arrangement by phone or e-mail is helpful.
RWTH students need an appointment for TreMoGe consultation hours:

- Appointments are offered for 15 minutes or 60 minutes
- After booking the appointment, a confirmation email will be sent.
- Students should bring their end devices and licence information for the purchased products with them
