What is TreMoGe?
TreMoGe stands for Treffpunkt mobile Geräte (Meeting Point Mobile Devices) and serves as a central point of contact for anyone seeking help with setting up and using the IT services of the IT Centre of RWTH Aachen University on mobile devices.
Users are supported in configuring the IT services of the IT Centre.
Among other things, help is provided with setting up MFA, WLAN, VPN, e-mail and installing certain software.TreMoGe's range of services is constantly being expanded to provide professional support for new mobile operating systems.
Who can use TreMoGe?
All users of the IT Center services can use personal support within the framework of TreMoGe.
How to use TreMoge
RWTH students need to book an appointment via the TreMoGe calendar. To book an appointment, you will need your matriculation number. After booking the appointment, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please bring your end devices and licence information for the purchased products to the appointment with you.
Employees of RWTH and Employees of UKA (including members of FB10) can drop by the IT ServiceDesk during opening hours without prior appointment.
However, depending on what you need help with, prior arrangement by phone or e-mail is helpful.
