The problem may be related to a limit introduced at the request of your dean's office.
Due to external requirements, the maximum number of semester hours per week (SWS) that can be recorded in the system is currently limitted at a total of 200 percent of the target value, i.e. with a teaching commitment of e.g. 9 SWS, a maximum of 18 SWS can be recorded.
Should it be necessary to document teaching beyond this due to exceptional circumstances, the free field could be used.
