With the service DFNconf, RWTH employees can organize video, web, and audio conferences ad hoc and without prior reservation of resources. No registration or login is required to participate in the conferences, which allows participation for individuals external to RWTH as well. This makes it possible, for example, to invite industry partners or international interlocutors into a meeting room. 

Who is allowed to use DFNconf?

RWTH employees are entitled to organize video or audio conferences and invite participants.

Participation in a video and audio conference is possible for all individuals who have received an e-mail invitation to the conference.

How can one access DFNconf?

RWTH employees can create a conference in the DFNconf Portal.

Participants can join via the access options provided in the e-mail invitation for the conference.
