Legal notice

Recording in image and sound is generally only permissible with the consent of the person concerned.
Recordings without the consent of the persons concerned could constitute a criminal offence under §201 of the German Criminal Code (StGB), the violation of the confidentiality of the word, according to §201a of the German Criminal Code, the violation of the most personal sphere of life, and/or a violation of §33 of the Art Copyright Act (KunstUrhG).
The disclosure of an image recording is also generally only permissible with prior consent. Only the prior consent for the first taking of the image is not sufficient as consent for the later disclosure. The recording and sharing of subtitles also requires consent.

A recording of the event by moderators or hosts may only take place with the prior consent of the participants.

When a recording is started, a clear message appears in the upper left corner of the zoom window. In addition, an automatic voice announces to ongoing recording at the beginning.

In the participant menu, it is also displayed, who is currently recording.

Only if the record icon is visible in the meeting will the conference be recorded.
