Third-Party Plugins and Extensions

information

On this page you will find the legal notice about the use of third-party plugins and extensions.

For data protection reasons, it is currently not permitted to use third-party plugins in connection with Zoom within the RWTH license. External tools often access private data collected as part of the use of Zoom and may use it for purposes that are not approved by RWTH.

Especially with AI-based tools that record and analyze meetings, these legal requirements must be met. In order to ensure security and data protection, each requested plugin would first have to undergo a comprehensive legal review. However, due to current capacities, it is not possible to perform these checks for individual tools.
