RWTH-Standard License:

• Meeting function for up to 300 participants
• Available to all Zoom users at RWTH
• Ideal for seminars, meetings, courses and small workshops
• Features such as breakout rooms, screen sharing, polls, etc. are included

• Extended Zoom license for larger events with up to 500 participants
• Must be applied for in advance vie e-mail to video@cls.rwth-aachen.de, if necessary
• Suitable for larger lectures, information sessions or conferences
• The use is limited in time and tied to the specific date of the event

• Enables events with up to 3000 participants
• Only available in limited quantities
• Managed exclusively by central admins and not assigned directly to users
• If you are planning an event of this magnitude, please contact the RWTH Zoom support team at least 2 weeks before the event
• Typical use cases: central events, university-wide events, public online conferences
