Ritchy is an AI-powered chatbot of the IT-ServiceDesk to assist with inquiries regarding the IT Center services.
The application utilizes language models from Microsoft Azure OpenAI and additionally employs Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to access the official IT Center documentation.
Ritchy supports users with context-specific answers to common support inquiries and provides information as well as assistance regarding questions about the IT Center services, even outside of the IT-ServiceDesk office hours.
Ritchy features an integrated feedback system. Users can rate each response. The anonymous feedback contributes to the continuous quality improvement of both the chatbot's answers and the underlying support documentation.

Ritchy is available to anyone with questions about the IT Center's services.
How can one access Ritchy?
Access is provided through the Ritchy web interface. No registration is required.
