How does the administration work?
Upon deployment of the ordered service, we set up at least one administration account for you and provide the data on delivery. With this administration account you can now manage the service using two interfaces:
Via remote desktop connection:
Here you simply connect your administration account to the server provided by us.
Via administration tools on your workplace:
If you are using a Windows 7 workplace, you can install the remote server administration tools (RSAT) as a Windows component. With this you can manage the Active Directory and Fileserver Services. If you are using Exchange, simply download the Exchange Service Pack and use the setup to install the Exchange management console.
