Roles
| Please note: Network contact persons must be managed by the current network contact persons via the IdM Role and Group Management. |
There are three roles with different rights in the group and network contact person management.
The roles are assigned via IdM Role and Group Management (IdM Rollen- und Gruppenverwaltung).
Verwaltung Netzelemente (Network element management):
Role owners can create, manage and delete groups via IdM Role and Group Management as well as manage group members.
The role can be assigned by the role manager of the organisation.
Verwaltung Gruppenmitglieder (Group member management):
Role owners can add new members to the group in which they have this role as well as assign the role "Verwaltung Gruppenmitglieder".
The role can be assigned by the owners of the role Verwaltung Netzelemente or Verwaltung Gruppenmitglieder.
Mitglied Gruppen (Group member):
Role owners can access the applications that their group has the rights on as well are allowed to change and configure networks and domains of the group via such applications as DHCP/ DNS / Firewall-Admin, Firewall-Formular.
The role can be assigned by the owners of the role Verwaltung Netzelemente or Verwaltung Gruppenmitglieder.
