If all or several members of your institute wish to apply for a user certificate, the RWTH registration authority (RA) can offer an appointment at your premises in order to collect the applications.

This saves the users the time needed to go to the IT-ServiceDesk to undergo the compulsory personal identification of the applicant.

For a minimum number of applicants, which is 10, we expect the appointment to last approximately 15 minutes. 

The appointment needs to be co-ordinated between the RA and a designated staff member of the institute.
