Terms of use:

To use the UMS service, you must meet the following conditions:

  1. You are an employee of RWTH Aachen University.
  2. You accept the costs for the use of the service.

How do I get access to the new service?

 If you ...... then
1.have a IdM account (usually corresponding to the dial-in, WLAN, e-mail and VPN account) and have already activated yourself as an employee,you can activate your services independently in the self-service
2.have any problems with any of the procedures described above, or if you receive an error message,please contact the  IT-ServiceDesk (Tel: 80-24680, Servicedesk@itc.rwth-aachen.de)
3.have forgotten or misplaced your access data,
please contact the  IT-ServiceDesk (Tel: 80-24680, Servicedesk@itc.rwth-aachen.de)
