Access to Unified Messaging Services
To use the UMS service, you must meet the following conditions:
- You are an employee of RWTH Aachen University.
- You accept the costs for the use of the service.
How do I get access to the new service?

|1.||have a IdM account (usually corresponding to the dial-in, WLAN, e-mail and VPN account) and have already activated yourself as an employee,||you can activate your services independently in the self-service|
|2.||have any problems with any of the procedures described above, or if you receive an error message,||please contact the IT-ServiceDesk (Tel: 80-24680, Servicedesk@itc.rwth-aachen.de)|
|3.||have forgotten or misplaced your access data,|
