In addition to an Ethernet connection, all laptops also have an integrated WLAN card, so that simple network access can be realized in rooms that have an appropriate WLAN infrastructure (e.g. access to eduroam). The IT Center provides the devices with a standard software package. If additional or special software is required, the lender must license and install these packages himself. The systems are deleted and reinstalled by the IT Center before each loan.
