Attached to the reservation confirmation, you will receive a booking confirmation in the form of a PDF file.

Please note that the token must be brought along for the collection of the devices. For this purpose, a printout of the booking confirmation or the presentation of the PDF on a smartphone, for example, is sufficient. A signature of the head of the institute on the booking confirmation is no longer necessary. The collection and output of the devices takes place only by naming the token contained in the PDF file.
